We would like to thank Tav for his great work. He was able to respond and list our house very quickly to take advantage of the current market conditions. We met with him on a Wednesday and he had the house on the market on the Friday. His staff, in particular Nick, was professional and very responsive to our calls. The Office Coordinator was on the ball as there were many requests for showings and she kept us organized if there were any changes in scheduling.
